Role Overview: Shift Supervisor

As a Starbucks shift supervisor, you will model store operation standards that define our Starbucks Experience. You’ll lead each shift, working with a team of baristas to deliver quality customer service and expertly crafted products. In this energetic environment, you’ll influence and guide others, foster a positive team atmosphere, and develop your leadership skills. Experience & Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in retail or restaurant settings
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to meet store standards for quality, safety, and security
  • Minimum 6 months of experience interacting with customers
  • Experience delegating tasks and coordinating team efforts for at least 6 months
