Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, making each store a welcoming space for the community. You will ensure quality beverages and food, supervise a team, and coach others to meet standards while adhering to safety and cash-handling policies.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
