Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a busy store, delivering high-quality beverages and foods while guiding team members and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.

You will direct daily operations, maintain safety and cash handling standards, and coach associates to meet performance goals while upholding brand standards across all tasks.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Availability for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
