Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming store environment for the community. You will coach partners, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, and uphold store policies, safety, and cash handling during busy shifts.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage tasks across a small team while delivering great experiences to customers.
