Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor for our Pell City, AL location. The role focuses on leading with craft and heart to create a welcoming coffeehouse experience for our community.

You will coach teammates, ensure quality beverages and foods, manage cash handling, and uphold store policies and safety, while delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six months experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
