Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Virginia seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community and a smooth shift flow. You will coach team members, manage tasks, and uphold quality beverages and food per recipes and store standards.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
