Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming coffeehouse for the community. You will coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes while upholding cash handling, safety, and store policies.

This role emphasizes teamwork, quick learning, and strong communication to deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers and partners alike.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Experience coaching and preparing beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees and coordinating their work.
• Ability to meet store policies including cash handling and safety standards.
