Starbucks Coffee Company in Tennessee is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for your community. You will ensure quality beverages and food, supervise team members, and uphold store policies while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will coach the preparation of drinks and foods to standard recipes, delegate tasks, and maintain safety and cash handling.
