You will coach team members, manage tasks, and support both customers and partners in delivering an outstanding experience. This role requires reliable attendance, flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and supervise team members in the store.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food following standard recipes and customization requests.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling, and adherence to policies, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
