STARBUCKS CORP. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations at the Austin store, delivering high-quality beverages and food while ensuring a welcoming environment for customers. You will guide partners, coach staff on recipes, and uphold store safety and cash-handling practices.

The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to serve the community.
