Job summary

Starbucks Corp. in Raymore, MO is seeking a Shift Supervisor who leads with craft and heart to create a welcoming coffeehouse for the community. You will oversee daily operations, uphold quality beverages and food, and coach partners to deliver friendly service.

This role requires reliable attendance, flexible hours, and the ability to delegate tasks, learn quickly, and communicate effectively. You will help maintain store safety, handle cash responsibly, and contribute to a supportive team

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks.
