Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Maryland is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a cafe team with craft and heart, ensuring every cup sparks connection and a welcoming community space. You will oversee shift operations, uphold quality beverages and food, and model stellar customer service.

You’ll coach partners, assign tasks, manage cash handling and safety, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more staff.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and strong interpersonal skills.
