Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a busy coffeehouse, ensure quality beverages and food, and create a welcoming community space across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will coach baristas, monitor store operations, and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, quick learning, and strong communication as you guide staff through daily tasks and provide support

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks to team members.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to learn quickly.
