Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Florida stores. You will coach partners to prepare beverages and food to recipe standards, delegate tasks, and ensure a welcoming, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role requiring frequent customer interaction and fulfilling requests.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coordinate tasks of a small team.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a retail environment and cash handling are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to deliver quality beverages and food per standard recipes and customization requests.
• Coach and supervise team members during service periods.
