Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Phoenix is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a warm and welcoming space where each guest experience matters. You will coach the team, delegate tasks, and uphold quality standards for beverages and food while maintaining store safety and policy compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible hours across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
