Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming coffeehouse for the community. You will guide the team, ensure quality beverages and food, and uphold store standards with a focus on safety and cash handling.

The role requires reliable attendance, flexible hours, and strong customer service skills. You will coach staff, coordinate tasks, and build relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.
