Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations, ensuring every beverage and food item meets quality standards while maintaining a warm, community-focused store atmosphere.

You will coach team members, manage tasks, and uphold store policies, while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining store safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role or similar environment.
