Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily store operations and create a welcoming environment for the local community in Corona, CA.

You will coach partners, ensure beverages and food meet standard recipes, and uphold safety, cash handling and store policies while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks to a team.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.

• Lead shift operations and ensure quality beverages and food products are prepared to standard recipes.
