Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality beverages and food while creating a welcoming and efficient store environment. You will coach partners, ensure operational standards are met, and maintain safety and customer satisfaction during all shifts.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail setting, with a focus on crafting excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety, with or without accommodations.
• Six months of customer-facing experience; prepare and coach beverages/food to standard recipes or customized per customer requests.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
