Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a coffeehouse team and create a welcoming space for the community. You will guide beverage and food preparation to our standards and coach partners to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months in a role involving customer interaction and fulfilling requests.
