Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a dedicated shift supervisor to lead a motivated team in our Florence, KY store. You will ensure quality beverages and food, uphold store standards, and create a welcoming experience for customers and the community.

You will coach partners, manage daily operations, and handle cash and safety procedures while maintaining attendance, flexibility, and teamwork across shifts.

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
