Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations in a busy store. You will ensure high‑quality beverages and food, train and guide partners, and maintain a welcoming environment for customers. A strong emphasis on teamwork, speed, and accuracy will be essential to success.

You will work with regular schedules that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, while supporting store safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security.
• Ability to delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate tasks of two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes and customer requests.
