Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations in a welcoming, customer-focused environment. You will guide baristas and food prep, ensure quality beverages and food, and maintain a safe, efficient store floor.

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks to team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to ensure quality beverages and food items are prepared to standard recipes or customized per customer requests.
• Coach and coordinate the preparation and service of products, ensuring accuracy, speed, and safety.
• Direct and support two or more employees, ensuring smooth shift operations and customer satisfaction.
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, safety, and security during all shifts.
