Job summary

Starbucks Corp. seeks a shift supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure quality beverages and food, and keep the store welcoming for the community. You will coach partners, delegate tasks, and uphold store policies with safety and service excellence at the core of every shift.

Ideal candidates bring customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to train others while working a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends.
