Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and store policies.
