Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Shift Supervisor who leads with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community. You will guide baristas to deliver quality beverages and food, maintain store standards, and coach team members to grow with the company.

In this role you’ll schedule and supervise daily operations, ensure cash handling and safety compliance, and collaborate with colleagues to resolve guest requests.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience dealing with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Experience guiding food and beverage preparation to standard recipes.
• Experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating teams.
• Ability to direct and motivate others in a fast-paced environment.
