Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, making each coffeehouse a welcoming space for the local community.

You will guide teams, ensure quality beverages and food, and uphold store standards while supporting partner growth and development. Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Meet store policies including quality beverages, food, cash handling and safety.

Responsibilities
