Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a crew, maintain high service standards, and ensure a welcoming store atmosphere for the local community. You will supervise daily operations, coach team members, and handle cash, safety, and quality control of beverages and food. Shift flexibility includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This role emphasizes teamwork, quick learning, and strong communication to deliver consistent customer experiences and store performance.
