STARBUCKS COFFEE COMPANY in Hoboken, NJ seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach teammates, and ensure high-quality beverages and food. You will uphold safety, cash handling, and store standards, while providing a warm, welcoming experience for customers.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating tasks, and ensuring consistency with recipes and procedures in a fast-paced environment.
