Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a shift supervisor to lead the team and uphold store standards, crafting high-quality beverages and food while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for the community.

You will direct daily tasks, coach partners, handle cash and safety procedures, and maintain consistent attendance. The role requires flexible hours, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Six months of experience in a role with constant customer interaction and requests.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating 2+ staff.
