Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a busy coffeehouse, ensuring quality beverages and a welcoming space for the community.

You will coach baristas, manage tasks, and uphold safety and store policies while delivering exceptional customer service and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating multiple staff.
