Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a busy store in California. You will supervise a small team, ensure quality beverages and food, and maintain a welcoming environment for customers.

The role requires flexible hours, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage tasks and safety protocols during shifts. Starbucks offers extensive partner benefits and growth opportunities.
