Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensuring quality beverages and food items while maintaining a welcoming, community-focused store environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will coach a diverse team, delegate tasks, and model excellent customer service during all shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to success in this role.

Qualificações

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
