Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Mesa, AZ to lead the store team, ensure quality beverages and food, and maintain a welcoming space for the community.

You will coach staff, coordinate tasks, and ensure safety and policy compliance while delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
