Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is hiring a shift supervisor to lead a busy store with care and craft. You will train and coach partners, ensure quality beverages and foods, and maintain a welcoming environment for the community.

You will manage tasks, support store policies, and collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coach food/beverage preparation.
• Effective oral communication and strong interpersonal skills.
