Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily shift operations, ensure quality beverages and food, and maintain a welcoming store environment. You will coach team members, delegate tasks, and handle cash while upholding store policies and safety standards.

The role requires customer-facing experience, strong communication, and ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coordinate tasks for two or more employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a retail store environment.
• Knowledge of store policies, safety, and security procedures.
