Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming community space and ensuring quality beverages and food. You will coach and coordinate a small team, handle cash and safety procedures, and uphold store policies while delivering excellent customer service.

Applicants should have 6+ months in customer-facing roles, strong communication, and teamwork skills to excel in a fast-paced retail coffee environment.
