Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a Starbucks Coffeehouse with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will guide team members, coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, and uphold store policies and safety, while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires experience in customer service, ability to work a flexible schedule, and a passion for teamwork and community connection.

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality with/without accommodations.

• Meet policies and standards for beverages, food, cash handling, safety and security.
• 6 months in a role with customer interaction or service duties.
