Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming coffeehouse experience for the community. You will guide team members, coach beverage and food preparation, and uphold standards for quality, safety, and customer service.

The role requires six months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible hours and weekend availability are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make a welcoming Starbucks coffeehouse for the community.

• Coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, including adjustments for customer requests.
• Delegate tasks to team members and oversee two or more employees.
• Maintain store safety, security, cash handling, and adherence to operating policies.
