Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. The role oversees store operations, coaching teammates, and maintaining quality beverages and food per standard recipes. You’ll manage delegation, safety, and customer service across shifts.

The position requires 6 months in a customer-facing role, strong communication, and teamwork. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a comprehensive store-support package.
