Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming coffeehouse for the community. You will oversee beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety, while coaching teammates to deliver outstanding service.

The role requires 6+ months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and ability to delegate tasks across a small team. Flexible hours include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail
