Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations and uphold quality beverages and food. You will guide team members, coach service standards, and ensure a welcoming coffeehouse experience for customers in the community.

The role requires six months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends. Starbucks offers extensive partner benefits and growth opportunities.
