Job summary

Starbucks Corp. Avon is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You will supervise the team, ensure quality beverages and food, and uphold store policies while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires six months in a customer-facing role, ability to delegate tasks, learn quickly, and work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
