Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a warm, welcoming coffeehouse for the community. You will oversee beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, coach teammates, and ensure exceptional customer service during flexible hours.

As part of the team, you will manage tasks, uphold safety and store standards, and support a positive, collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and development through Starbucks benefits.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks to teammates.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities
