Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You will guide team members, ensure quality beverages and food to standard recipes, and uphold store policies while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes coaching, delegation, and strong interpersonal skills within a retail environment, with a focus on consistency, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coach preparation of food/beverages to standard recipes.
