Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is hiring a shift supervisor to lead a busy store with craft and heart, ensuring welcoming experiences for customers and maintaining high quality beverages and food.

You will coach team members, manage daily operations, and uphold safety and policies, while supporting store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
