Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming store for the community. You will help prepare beverages and food to standard recipes and coach teammates to deliver consistent quality.

Responsibilities include directing tasks, maintaining safety and store policies, handling cash, and fostering teamwork. Strong communication and retail knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of customer-facing experience
• Six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees
