Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor in Orlando to lead a team in delivering high-quality beverages and food with care and speed. You will coach partners, ensure safety and store standards, and create a welcoming space for the community.

Applicants should have at least six months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to delegate tasks. Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are required.
