Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations in a welcoming community space. You will oversee beverage and food preparation, ensure cash handling and store safety, and coach a team to deliver consistent service.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong customer service, reliability, and ability to manage tasks across a busy cafe environment. This role requires flexibility in shifts and a commitment to Starbucks standards.
