Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in New Jersey seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, guiding teammates to deliver exceptional beverages and service in a welcoming space for the community.

You will coach peers, uphold quality and safety standards, manage cash handling, and ensure adherence to store policies while embracing flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Ability to coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more teammates.
• Knowledge of basic cash handling and store safety procedures.
